End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LedgerCore (the "Application"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA"). If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not use the Application and must immediately uninstall and discontinue its use.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Application solely for your internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application's operation or security.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, source code, databases, and design, are owned by Company or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

5. Data and Privacy

Use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information in accordance with that policy.

6. Updates and Modifications

We may, at our discretion, provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the Application. Such updates may be necessary for continued use of the Application. This Agreement applies to all such updates unless otherwise specified.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies in your possession.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of this Agreement or your misuse of the Application.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Jurisdiction].

12. Changes to Agreement

13. Entire Agreement
