Getting Started

Set up your INGB account in minutes — no credit card required.

Create an Account

Go to INGB.app/signup, enter your email and choose a password, then click "Sign Up".

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email from INGB and click the confirmation link.

Log In

Visit /login, enter your credentials, and you will be redirected to your dashboard automatically.

Add a Company

Click the "+" button in the left sidebar to create your first company (brand or store).

Tip: INGB is currently free for all users — you get full access to every feature from day one with no restrictions.

Companies

Company Management

Manage multiple Amazon brands or stores from a single INGB account.

Create a Company

Click the "+" button at the bottom of the left sidebar. A modal will appear asking for the company name, description, and optional logo. Click "Create" to save.

Edit Company Details

Hover over a company avatar in the sidebar and click the "⋮" button. Select "Edit" to update the company name, description, or logo.

Switch Between Companies

Click any company avatar in the left sidebar to make it active. The dashboard header and all reports will update to reflect the selected company's data.

Delete a Company

Hover over the company in the sidebar, click "⋮", then select "Delete". This action is permanent and will also remove any stored API credentials for that company.

Amazon SP-API

Amazon SP-API Connection

The Selling Partner API grants INGB access to your sales, inventory, and financial data. Here's how to connect it.

Open the Apps Section

Go to your Dashboard and click on the main content area. You will see three app cards: SP-API, Ads API, and Reports.

Click "Connect" on SP-API

Find the Selling Partner API card and click the Connect button. A dialog will appear.

Select Your Region

Choose the region matching your Amazon marketplace: North America (NA), Europe (EU), or Far East (FE). This determines which Amazon endpoint is used.

Authorize on Amazon

You will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central. Log in and grant INGB the requested permissions. You will be redirected back automatically once authorized.

Required Seller Central Permissions

  • Orders (read-only)
  • Inventory (read-only)
  • Financial events (read-only)
  • Sales and traffic (read-only)

Troubleshooting SP-API

  • Refresh errors → disconnect and reconnect
  • Wrong region → reconnect and pick the correct one
  • Expired authorization → go through OAuth again
Amazon Ads API

Amazon Ads API Connection

Connect your Amazon Advertising account to unlock ad performance reports and profitability calculations.

Click Connect on Ads API

In the Dashboard Apps section, find the Ads API card and click "Connect".

Authorize on Amazon Advertising

You will be redirected to Amazon. Log in with the account that manages your advertising campaigns and grant access.

Profile Selected Automatically

After authorization, your advertising profile ID is stored. If you manage multiple profiles, use the Update Profile ID option to switch.

Updating your Profile ID: If you need to change your advertising profile ID after connecting, hover over the Ads API card in the Apps section and use the "Update Profile ID" option. This is useful when you have multiple advertising accounts or manage separate brands.

Reports & Analytics

The Reports dashboard gives you a complete picture of your Amazon advertising and sales performance.

Dashboard Filters

Date Range

Filter data by a specific start and end date.

Ad Type

Choose between Sponsored Products (SP), Sponsored Brands (SB), or Sponsored Display (SD).

Attribution Window

Set the lookback window: 7, 14, or 30 days.

Sales Mode

Switch between Total Sales (organic + paid) and Paid Sales only.

ASIN / SKU Filter

Narrow the report to a specific product.

Campaign Filter

Filter data to a single advertising campaign ID.

Overview Tab

  • KPI row: Total Sales, Ad Sales, Ad Spend, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS
  • Sales chart (revenue over time)
  • Revenue by product breakdown
  • CVR (conversion rate) by SKU
  • Weekly performance table

Match Types Tab

  • Keyword match type breakdown (Exact, Phrase, Broad)

Return on Ad Spend

Revenue generated per dollar of ad spend.

ACOS

Advertising Cost of Sales

Ad spend as a % of ad-attributed sales.

TACOS

Total Advertising Cost of Sales

Ad spend as a % of total (organic + paid) sales.

CVR

Conversion Rate

Percentage of sessions that resulted in a sale.

Ad Sales

Advertising-Attributed Sales

Revenue attributed to your ad campaigns.

Total Sales

All Revenue

Combined organic and advertising-attributed sales.
