Companies & workspaces
A company is a workspace. It owns its own integrations, its own settings, and its own dashboards. Everything you see in INGB is scoped to whichever company is selected in the top bar.
Why multiple companies?
You only need one company — your brand. Done.
Create one company per client. Switch between them from the top-bar dropdown without signing out. Each client's data, alerts, dashboards, and reports stay isolated.
If you operate distinct brands or sub-brands with separate Amazon accounts, give each its own company so analytics never mixes them.

Open the company selector
Top-left of the dashboard. Click the current company name.
Choose “New company”
A modal appears. Add a name, a logo (optional), and the primary marketplace.

The dashboard re-scopes. From here, connect SP-API and Ads API for this company.

The whole app re-scopes immediately — no page reload required.
Best practices
- ✓Match company structure to how Amazon profiles are organised. One company per advertiser keeps reports clean.
- ✓Use a logo — the icon shows up in alerts, scheduled reports, and email digests so you don't mix accounts up.
- ✓Set per-company alerting preferences in Settings — each company can have its own notification channel.
- ✗Mix two unrelated brands into one company hoping for a roll-up — analytics will be confusing and Amazon attribution becomes ambiguous.
- ✗Delete a company to 'reset' it — you'll lose every integration, alert history, and saved dashboard. Disconnect integrations instead.
